PeekWild Solar WiFi Bird Box Camera

Watch the Hidden Life of Garden Birds — Live from Your Phone

Turn your garden into a front-row wildlife experience with this solar-powered bird box camera, designed to let you watch nesting birds live from your smartphone without disturbing them.

Whether you're observing blue tits building a nest or checking in on activity throughout the day, this camera brings nature closer in a way that’s simple, reliable, and genuinely engaging.

Built for Real Gardens (Not Lab Conditions)

Unlike many cameras that struggle outdoors, this one is designed specifically for garden use.

It connects via 2.4 GHz WiFi, which provides stronger range and better signal penetration through walls compared to 5 GHz networks. This makes it ideal for use in sheds, fences, trees, or bird boxes positioned away from your home.

As a rule of thumb, if your phone has WiFi signal at the installation spot, the camera will work reliably there too.

No Wiring. No Fuss. Just Solar Power

The camera is powered by a built-in rechargeable battery and a solar panel with a 185 cm cable, allowing flexible placement in sunlight.

There’s no need for mains electricity or complicated installation. The solar panel helps maintain charge during daylight hours for ongoing outdoor use.

For best results, fully charge the camera before first use.

Clear Footage Without Disturbing Birds

Enjoy clear HD video during the day, with automatic infrared night vision activating after dark.

The infrared mode produces black-and-white footage without visible light, ensuring birds are not disturbed during nesting or night-time activity.

Smart Control from Your Phone

The companion app gives you full control over how the camera operates.

You can live stream at any time, adjust motion sensitivity, turn alerts on or off, schedule monitoring times, and manage power remotely. Standby mode helps extend battery life when no activity is detected.

No Subscription Required

Basic functionality works straight out of the box with no monthly fees.

Motion-triggered clips are saved directly in the app’s album, where you can view, download, and share them easily. Optional cloud storage is available if you want extended video history.

A Gift People Actually Use

This camera is ideal for birdwatchers, gardeners, families, and schools. It offers a simple and rewarding way to observe wildlife up close and makes a thoughtful, practical gift for anyone interested in nature.

Before You Install

For the best experience, ensure there is a strong WiFi signal at the installation location by testing with your phone. Position the solar panel where it can receive daylight, and fully charge the camera before first use.
