Returns & Refunds Policy
Free 30-Day Returns
We accept free returns within 30 days of delivery for both defective and non-defective products, including change-of-mind returns.
Returned items must:
Be in original condition
Include original packaging and accessories
Not be used beyond normal inspection or initial setup
Extended Holiday Returns
Orders placed between 1 November and 31 December may be returned within 60 days of delivery.
Free Returns & Exchanges
Returns are free of charge.
We accept returns for:
Change-of-mind purchases
Faulty items
Damaged items
Incorrect items
Exchanges are accepted subject to stock availability.

Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Photos where applicable
We will provide return instructions and a free prepaid return method. Depending on the return, this may include a downloadable return label or a collection arrangement.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, refunds are processed within 2 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Your bank or card provider may require additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:
Items damaged due to misuse
Items returned outside the applicable return window
Final-sale items clearly marked as non-returnable
International Orders
For international orders:
Free returns still apply within the applicable return window
Customs duties, import taxes and original shipping charges (where applicable) are non-refundable
