If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery
Email support@peekwild.com with your order number and photos (if available)
We’ll arrange a free return and issue a full refund or replacement.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
Refunds are processed within 5 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Your bank or card provider may take 5–10 business days to reflect the refund
Non-returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:
Items damaged due to misuse
Items returned after 30 days
Final-sale items (where clearly marked)
International Orders
For international orders:
Free returns still apply within 30 days
Customs duties, import taxes, and original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable
